Replacing Wheat Noodles with Gluten-Free Noodles

I just found out I am allergic to wheat and I am having a hard time figuring out how to substitute noodles. I really miss my spaghetti!

The best Gluten Free noodles I have found to replace my wheat noodles is Hodgson Mills brand Gluten Free noodles. Their Gluten Free Brown Rice Penne Pasta is my favorite. Hodgson Mills also has Angel Hair Pasta and Elbow Pasta.

The best thing about Hodgson Mills noodles is the ingredients.

100% whole grain brown rice and milled flaxseed.

I have tried other brands as well but these are the easiest to cook, they don’t clump like the other brands, and they taste the closest to wheat noodles of any brand I have found.
