Allergy to Corn? What Contains Corn?

This week I want to focus on corn as an allergen. What most people don't realize is the vast list of things that contain corn or MAY contain corn. Food and non-food products have it in them but don't announce it as corn because some of these items are derived from corn.

As I create more substitute recipes or find links to substitutes, or just information about the item, I will add them next to the item on the list. I did add some ideas into the list to get you started.

This list is by no means a complete list. It's something I started back in 2011 and have been compiling for years. If you find something is missing from the list, please email me and I will add it. Or you can comment on this post and I will add it to the list.

I hope you find this list useful and helpful.
